Volunteers are welcome at our Wildlife Rehab. Centre for a variety of tasks. If you are interested in any of the following, please contact us.

Sorry, but a minimum age of 16 yrs is a requirement. Thank you.

TASKS

1. Basic wildlife care
Cleaning of cages and aviaries.
Washing food and water dishes.
Preparing food for the wildlife
This takes place from approximately
9:00 am to 1:00 pm every day.

2. Handyman/maintenance
Helping with repairs and upkeep of cages and aviaries, etc

3. Gardening
Weeding, trimming of bushes, cutting grass, etc.

4. Fundraising
Helping at our Mall Displays, Yard Sales and yearly
Silent Auction

5. Driver for pick-up of wildlife
On occasion, we have to pick up an injured wild creature from
one of the veterinary hospitals or from a member of the public
who has no transportation. This usually has to be done within
a short time of the phone call as the sooner an injured creature
comes to us the better its chances of survival.
